Meet your Guides
Jennifer WalkerSmall Business Coach and mindset maven Jennifer Walker is a business alignment coach and speaker who guides small business owners and entrepreneurs to grow their businesses authentically.
A big part of her focus is on mindset for her clients and she has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for close to ten years. Recently, Jennifer began a unique event for female entrepreneurs allowing them to connect on an emotional level in order to remove stigma and loneliness. Helping her clients to dig a little deeper, understand themselves and their aspirations better lights Jennifer up! |
Jas BhandalYoga Goddess and world travellerJas is a tea-drinking, dessert-loving, world-travelling yogi! She's known for her passion, unique approach, and inspirational teaching style that embodies physical, spiritual, and mental strength. With over 18 years experience, she makes yoga accessible for every BODY.
Over time, Jas started looking for a practice that encompassed a more holistic approach to what her body and mind needed. Through mindfulness she developed a lifestyle and practice that worked for her, and she has been fortunate enough to be able to share this practice with others. Jas believes that life should be lived with joy, gratitude, and a dedication to being present in the moment. These feelings inform and guide her teaching, which is focused on helping her students better connect to themselves and their communities. |
